5 A fantastic spot in the heart of Parramatta offering street-style food with a modern twist. The vibe is relaxed yet stylish, making it a great place to drop in any time of the day. The chai is outstanding and a must-try as soon as you arrive. We tried most of the menu, and every dish was spot on absolutely fresh and full of flavour. It’s an excellent choice for breakfast or lunch and dinner, especially for those working and live nearby, with very reasonable pricing. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re in or around Parramatta. Well done team!
5 Was visiting Parramatta and was lucky enough to stumble upon the lovely relaxed indian fusion restaurant Chai Nook. The atmosphere is calm with comfortable seating and a cute little book nook corner with armchairs for reading while enjoying some delicious chai. I tried the samosa chat which was good vegetarian food and the authentic cardamom chai that came with a complimentary tasty shortbread biscuit which was delicious. Highly recommended! They make real authentic indian style chai.
5 Went here with friends after a late night out — perfect spot for a warm chai! The ginger chai hit the spot, scrambled eggs were tasty, and the pakoras were super fresh and crispy. Cozy vibe and great service. Definitely coming back!
5 The atmosphere of this place is so nice. As soon as we walked in I felt my worries go. Such a calming feeling. I brought my friends to try the new place on the block. We tried pav bhaji, pakore, muskabun with chai and vada pav. Very delicious. I pass by the shop almost everyday. I recommend you try this place. Can not go wrong with this.
5 Yum chai!! we had 2 ginger chais, they were perfect. Freshly made, perfectly spiced and sweetened. Was accompanied by some tea biscuits, which were ok. They took specifications in the order, which was great, and delivered accordingly. The size of the cup I found a little small, but I’m used to having huge mugs of chai. It was a decent size for my friend. Would go again, just for the chai We also had chaat papdi, which was good too
5 Hands down the best Indian food in Western Sydney! Every dish was full of flavour, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The place has very good vibes — warm, welcoming, and great energy all around. Service was excellent too. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!
5 Stumbled upon this place randomly and it instantly became one of my favourite Indian cafes. The paneer and chicken keema are really good! The vada pav was def one of the bests I've had in Sydney! . The portion size of food is good enough for sharing, too. Love the option of cutting chai too (for the feel haha) - it was pretty decent. I'd love to try more of their chai range next time! We had also ordered sev puri but it came with dahi - not sure if thats the case or they accidentally gave us dahi puri. We enjoyed it regardless The atmosphere is great and the staff is nice too! I can see it becoming my go-to place :) Location is close to parra station which a plus!
5 If you are new to authentic chai, or well versed - this place will make you very happy. I am officially a repeat customer. My first experience, during opening week, I enjoyed a cardamom chai and pav bhaji. For my husband I had ordered mango lassi and chicken kheema pav. As I live locally, I'd requested take away. The staff lovingly prepared and packed my meal with such care, I was really impressed. They have clearly put a lot of effort in their branding, the quality of their packaging including their sturdy bags. The food and drinks were so delicious, I couldn't wait to return. That was 2 weeks ago, and finally I've had a chance to return today with a dear friend. This time I ordered karak chai (cut - the staff were very clear in explaining that this is a smaller, more concentrated chai which makes perfect sense), a cardamom chai for my friend, and a couple of paneer toofan puffs to go with. The chai came out piping hot and in the most gorgeous cups and saucers. The paneer puffs also were very aesthetic. Perfectly spiced, so flavourful. And, in my opinion most importantly, the paneer was obviously freshly handmade. It was so soft and just melted in the mouth. We were very happy! We were offered biscuits to also compliment the chai, such service! I decided then and there I'd find any excuse to return, by Christmas I plan to try everything on the delicious menu. Including the sweet treats in your pretty cabinet - yum As I said on my first visit - welcome to the neighbourhood, we have no doubt you will grow in your success in no time. Well done, team PS that wall art is incredible. Compliments to the artist
